2. How can I place an order?

To place an order:

  1. Browse through our collection of watches.

  2. Select the watch you'd like to purchase.

  3. Click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout.

  4. Enter your shipping and payment details.

  5. Review your order and confirm the purchase.

Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! We ship to countries in Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, and many others. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. You can view the shipping details at checkout before completing your order.

4. How long does shipping take?

  • UK Domestic Shipping:

    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

    • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

  • International Shipping:

    • Europe: 7-10 business days

    • United States & Canada: 7-14 business days

    • Australia & Other Countries: 10-15 business days

6. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery through the courier’s website.

7. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We aim to process orders quickly, so once an order has been confirmed and shipped, we may not be able to make changes. However, if your order is still in processing, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

8. What is your return and refund policy?

Note: Personalized and hygiene-related products cannot be returned.

9. My item is damaged or faulty. What should I do?

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund depending on your preference.

For damaged or faulty items, return shipping costs are covered by us.
